Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated through your use of the platform.

Account information:

• Name, email address, and password when you create an account
• Business name, business type, and client count provided during onboarding
• Goals, lead sources, and theme preferences
• Profile photo (optional)

CRM data you create:

• Contact records including names, emails, phone numbers, and deal values
• Notes, follow-ups, and funnel assignments you create
• Email messages sent or synced via the Gmail integration

Usage data:

• Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent
• AI feature usage counts (e.g., follow-up drafts generated per month)
• Device information and session identifiers

If you choose to connect your Gmail account (Pro plan only), Atzy AI will access your Gmail data solely to send emails on your behalf within the platform. Specifically:

• We request access to send emails on your behalf (gmail.send scope)
• We store OAuth tokens securely in our database to maintain your connection without requiring re-authentication
• Gmail data is used only to perform the actions you explicitly request (sending emails) and is not retained long term beyond what is needed to complete those actions

What we do NOT do with your Gmail data:

• We do not sell, rent, or share your Gmail data with third parties
• We do not use Gmail data for advertising purposes
• We do not allow humans to read your email content except as required to provide technical support you explicitly request
• We do not use Gmail data to train AI or machine learning models
• We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., sending via Google's API)

Atzy AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings → Integrations → Disconnect. Upon disconnection, your OAuth tokens are immediately cleared from our database.

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar account (Pro plan only), Atzy AI will access your Calendar data solely to display your events within the Daily Planner view. Specifically:

• We request read-only access to your calendar events (calendar.readonly scope)
• Calendar events are fetched on demand to display in the Daily Planner and are not stored in our database
• Calendar data is only used to display events to you — it is never shared with third parties

What we do NOT do with your Calendar data:

• We do not sell, rent, or share your Calendar data with any third party
• We do not store your calendar events in our database beyond the duration of your session
• We do not use Calendar data for advertising or marketing purposes
• We do not use Calendar data to train AI or machine learning models
• We do not modify or delete your calendar events

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Atzy AI platform
• Process transactions and manage your subscription via Stripe
• Generate AI-powered features including contact summaries, follow-up drafts, funnel insights, and daily briefings
• Send transactional emails such as trial reminders and billing notifications
• Respond to your support requests and communications
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the platform
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

Atzy AI uses artificial intelligence to provide features including contact summaries, follow-up drafts, funnel health scores, and coaching insights. These features process your CRM data (contact names, notes, deal values, etc.) to generate responses.

AI-generated content is produced by third-party AI providers. We pass only the minimum data necessary to generate a useful response. We do not use your personal CRM data to train or fine-tune AI models beyond what is required to deliver the feature in real time.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our platform (database hosting, AI providers, payment processors)
• Stripe for payment processing — subject to Stripe's own privacy policy
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by applicable law
• Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

All third-party service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

Email messages synced from Gmail are retained until you disconnect Gmail or delete your account. You can manually delete individual contact records and associated data from within the platform at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to our processing of your data for certain purposes
• Withdraw consent — withdraw Gmail access by disconnecting in Settings at any time

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and row-level security on our database ensuring users can only access their own data. OAuth tokens are stored securely and never exposed client-side. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Atzy AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately at support@atzyai.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
